Compliance Safety Accountability (CSA) is a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) initiative to help improve public safety by trying to reduce large truck and bus crashes and injuries and fatalities.
The FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) now permits carriers to review how they are performing in the seven (7) Behavior Analysis Safety Improvement Categories (BASICs), these are the categories of the Safety Measurement System the the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is using to track and record driver performance.
