Mark W. Boslett,has been working in his chosen field since 1982 in all phases of accounting, with proven expertise in financial management and reporting, costing analysis, budgeting, taxes, internal controls, cash management, bankingrelationships, and insurance proceurement. Strengths include the implementation and streamlining of systems. Therefore, obtaining time and cost savings and a staff trained to be more effective. From 1993 to 2001 he worked with the  T&B FOUNDRY COMPANY, INC. Manufacturere of gray and ductile iron castins. As PLANT CONTROLLER he developed systems and internal controls that were instrumental in saving the company approximately $150,000-$200,000. He rewrotecosting system and established activity based costing standard costs to improve the pricing and costing functions. He converted the computer system from seller of company to company-owned software. He was directly involved in the reduction of inventory handling costs and related personal property taxes by 50%. He reduced outside audit costs 50% by preparing work papers internally. He reduced insurance premiums by 20% by instituting competitive bidding. Establishedeffective budget process and five year operating plan. He performed analysis for company sponsored 401 K plan. Implemented serveral financial reports that were invaluable in decision-making and compiled personnel policy handbook and developed an optimal producction model to dertermine the most effecient production levels. He reduced monthly and year-endclosing-cycles by 15% through automation.

From 1988 to the present he served as president of MARK W. BOSLETT, INC. CPA. Provider of financial reporting, tax compliance, and budgeting services for small business clients. He specialized in providing controller-level functions for businesses too small to have a full-time person on staff. He was responsible for personal and corporate tax planning and preparation services. During 1989 to 1990 he worked the SAMUEL STEEL PICKLING COMPANY Service Center specializing in industrial cleaning of steel coils. Annual sales $5 million. Subsidiary of Samuel Manutech Company of Toronto, Ontario. As PLANT CONTROLLER he implemented all accounting, reporting, and computer systems for start-up company and performed an internal audit function that saved on outside audit fees. With the CHRISTIAN CENTRE SCHOOLS, a Private school system in PARMA, FROM 1987 - 1989 he served as CONTROLLER-ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS and played an integral part in decreasing costs by approximately $100,000 while increasing student enrollment base by 25%. From 1985 to 1987 he worked with the AKRON-SUMMIT COMMINITY ACTION AGANCY a multi-location, non-profit provider of social programs for the culturally deprived. Annual sales $5 million. He also served as CONTROLLER for the accounting department was the agency's most effective. Costs were reduced by 31% while productivity increased by 20%. The Board of TYrustees and Funding sources often commented on these successes. He served as ASSISTAND CONTROLLER for CERIO, MAZZONE, KAMINSKY, AND COMPANY, INC. Certified Public Accountants - Local Cleveland firm from 1984 - 1985 he was a STAFF ACCOUNTANT - AUDITOR for the CLEVELAND ENGINEERING SOCIETY from 1982 to 1984, a Non-Profit Professional Engineering Society.

MEMBERSHIPS include the American Institue of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. His education includes a BBA-BS Accounting - 1982 Cleveland State University Certified Public Accountant-Ohio 1985, and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts - 2004.
