During 1989 to 1990 he worked the SAMUEL STEEL PICKLING COMPANY Service Center specializing in industrial cleaning of steel coils. Annual sales $5 million. As PLANT CONTROLLER he implemented all accounting, reporting, and computer systems for start-up company and performed an internal audit function that saved on outside audit fees. With the CHRISTIAN CENTRE SCHOOLS, a Private school system in PARMA, FROM 1987 - 1989 he served as CONTROLLER-ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS and played an integral part in decreasing costs by approximately $100,000 while increasing student enrollment base by 25%. From 1985 to 1987 he worked with the AKRON-SUMMIT COMMINITY ACTION AGANCY a multi-location, non-profit provider of social programs for the culturally deprived. Annual sales $5 million. He also served as CONTROLLER for the accounting department was the agency's most effective. Costs were reduced by 31% while productivity increased by 20%.
